The church app

A church mentorship app for relationships, groups, and Sunday morning

Mentor is the app a church can run for mentoring and for the rest of weekly ministry: groups, events, sermon notes, and kids check-in with a kiosk, NFC tags, and secure pickup.

Why a church app, not only a mentoring list

Mentoring fails when it lives in a different tool from Sunday. Families already need check-in. Pastors already hand out sermon outlines. Groups already announce events. Mentor puts mentor relationships next to those jobs so discipleship is not a side spreadsheet.

What churches use

Mentorship

Members request a mentor or offer to mentor. Admins see every active relationship and can approve requests.

Groups and events

Announcements, sub-groups, RSVP events, and group chat stay in a ministry setting. Mentor is designed so ministry conversations are not pushed into consumer apps built for private side chats. Read why that matters.

Sermon notes

Pastors upload an outline before Sunday. Members fill it in inside the app.

Kids check-in

Staff turn check-in on per room. Families scan NFC tags at a kiosk, leaders see who is here, pre-checked, or checked out, and pickup is recorded. Parents manage child profiles, allergies, and who may pick up.

Try it before you switch

The Grace Church demo walks a Sunday as a sample member, or tours community tools including groups, check-in, and staff. It does not touch a real church account.

Questions

Is Mentor a church management system?

It covers mentoring, groups, events, sermon notes, prayer, Bible tools, and kids check-in. It is not a full replacement for every finance, facilities, or membership database a church might already use. Giving tools exist in the product for organizations; confirm what you need on a demo.

Does check-in require the app stores?

Mentor is a web app. People open it in the browser and can add it to a phone home screen. Check-in runs from a kiosk in that same system, with optional Compass Tap NFC tags.

What does it cost a church?

Free through 25 active participants in the last 90 days. Larger churches move to a published plan. Members are not locked out when a church crosses a tier.
