Christian mentoring software for churches that want real relationships, not another spreadsheet
Mentor helps people request a mentor or offer to mentor someone else. Leaders can see which relationships are active, approve requests, and notice who is still without a mentor.
What this is for
Many churches talk about discipleship and still cannot tell who is actually walking with someone. Members who want a mentor often do not know who to ask. Mentor is software for that problem: intentional one-to-one mentoring inside a Christian community, with enough structure that leaders are not guessing.
It is not a claim that Mentor is the only Christian mentoring app, or that software can replace pastoral care. It is a practical place to start and track mentoring.
What Mentor actually does
Mentor matching
People request a mentor or offer to mentor. Relationships are explicit, not informal rumors in a group chat.
Admin visibility
A church admin dashboard shows active mentor relationships. Staff can approve requests and see gaps.
The rest of discipleship, in the same app
Matching sits next to Bible study modes, a prayer wall, reading challenges, groups, events, and sermon notes. Mentoring is not a separate product from the rest of church life.
Who it is for
- Churches that want members to find a mentor without a clipboard signup.
- Ministry leaders who need to see whether mentoring is happening.
- Individuals who want to invite a friend to mentor them even before their church is on Mentor.
Schools and camps can use the same matching idea with students, faculty, or peers. See the ministry mentoring platform page for that setting.
How a church would use it
- People join the church community on Mentor.
- Someone requests a mentor, or offers to mentor.
- Leaders approve and watch the relationship list.
- Mentors and mentees keep using Bible reading, prayer, and church tools in the same account.
Individuals are free. An organization stays free through 25 people who used Mentor in the last 90 days. After that, published plans on the pricing section apply. Going over a limit does not lock members out.

Questions
What is Christian mentoring software?
It is software that helps people in a church or ministry find a mentor or offer to mentor, and helps leaders see those relationships. Mentor is built for that, next to Bible study, prayer, and other church tools.
How does mentor matching work in Mentor?
A person can request a mentor or offer to mentor someone. Church admins can see active relationships, approve requests, and notice who does not have a mentor.
Do I have to belong to a church account?
No. You can sign up on your own and invite a friend. A church can also run matching for its own people.
