Our Story

Built by believers,
for real communities

Mentor exists because discipleship shouldn't depend on scattered apps and spreadsheets. We built it so churches, camps, and schools can mentor people the way Jesus modeled — in relationship, in community, on purpose.

The people behind Mentor

We're not a faceless software company. We're ministry-minded builders who care about the local church, summer camp, and the student sitting in the back row who needs someone in their corner.

Levi Hite

Co-Founder & CEO

Levi Hite is the co-founder and CEO of Mentor Discipleship. His vision for Mentor was born out of two summers working at a Christian camp, followed by a full year on staff — an experience that immersed him in the power of intentional mentorship and spiritual guidance. Watching those relationships transform lives convinced him that the principles of discipleship needed a modern platform to scale their impact. He founded Mentor to bring that mission to churches, camps, and schools everywhere.

Wesley Gay

Co-Founder & CFO

Wesley Gay is the co-founder and CFO of Mentor Discipleship. A graduate of Bob Jones University with a degree in accounting, Wesley brings financial precision and integrity to the team. Originally from Indiana, Wesley spent two summers as a camp counselor where his passion for investing in the next generation deepened. It was through his shared commitment to faith and community that he crossed paths with Levi — and together they set out to build something that could multiply the impact of discipleship at scale.

Our mission

Mentor exists to help people walk with Jesus through intentional discipleship, meaningful mentorship, and authentic community. We believe life change happens in relationship — and we're building the tools to make those relationships thrive.
